We offer white-glove delivery across the region. Lead times vary depending on whether an item is in stock or custom-made; typically, in-stock items arrive within 7-14 days, while bespoke sofas or furniture may take 8-12 weeks.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Yes, we encourage customers to experience our materials firsthand. You can request a selection of fabric or leather swatches through our website or visit our showroom to see the full range of textures and colors.
What is your return policy for furniture?
Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made, 'made-to-order' pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Most of our large furniture pieces include professional assembly as part of our premium delivery service. Our team will set up your new furniture in your room of choice and remove all packaging materials.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All Frank McGowan furniture comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's guarantee against structural defects. Many of our premium sofa brands offer extended frame warranties of up to 10 or 15 years.
