At Frank McGowan Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture or home accessory is securely packed in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts included.

  Schedule Collection or Drop-off

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; smaller accessories can be returned via your local postal service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
